Private View for Textile South West Taunton, Thursday , Lecture at RWA Bristol Saturday

I am demonstrating and talking about my work to a sell out audience of friends at the Bristol RWA on Saturday morning. watch out for photos and posts after the event.

I just managed to catch the “Lost in Lace” exhibition at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, truly inspiring. I allready reference and use lace in my work but aim to follow up on some of the themes over this year.

I also saw an excellent talk by Katy Gilkes “Zenas Fascination” at the Bristol Embroiderer’s guild last Friday, exctiting, intricate and well developed work, looking forward to her exhibition at Bristol Centerspace in March.
